Guidelines for church use
In exchange for using the Asbury United Methodist Church's facility, I (We) agree to the provisions outlined below and further accept full responsibility:
1. Only using the room(s) allocated, unless prior arrangements have been made with the church office at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled event.
2. Returning the room(s) to the original layout, setting all furniture in the position where it was originally found.
3. Removing all your materials, decorations, utensils, etc. after your event. If food trash is involved, trash should be removed and may be placed in the church dumpster.
4. Ensuring that you and your guests refrain from drinking alcoholic beverages or smoking on church property.
5. Checking bathrooms and turning out all lights before leaving the building. Make sure doors are locked when leaving.
6. Paying $100 for any security alarm resulting from your group's usage of our facilities.
NOTE: Use of kitchen and its equipment requires additional instruction. Call the office at 740.363.3611 (M-F 9a-12p) to make arrangements for this instruction no less than one week prior to your event.
